Leave strategist.
Systems builder.
Mama.
I spent 6+ years building systems for companies that couldn't afford to get things wrong. Now I use that same methodology to help California mamas claim every day and every dollar they're entitled to.
One thread runs through everything I do.
I'm a systems thinker. Always have been. In corporate, that meant leading enterprise SaaS implementations, redesigning workflows, and building change management programs for high-growth ecommerce companies. I owned multi-million-dollar books of business, bridged technical and non-technical teams, and turned ambiguity into momentum.
Then I got pregnant — and laid off. And I discovered that one of the most consequential processes a working woman goes through had no clear system. No roadmap. No one mapping it out.
The Ops Mom™ is what happens when a corporate systems brain meets a broken process. I've mapped California maternity leave with the same rigor I brought to enterprise implementations — and I teach it to mamas who deserve every day they're entitled to.
Two worlds. One methodology.
Whether I'm implementing a CX platform for a mid-market ecommerce brand or mapping a California mama's leave timeline — the approach is identical: understand the system, find what others miss, build something that works.
The context changes. The rigor doesn't.
I'm available for remote consulting and project work — and I'm always building at The Ops Mom™.
What I'm working on.
California Maternity Leave — Mapped.
Digital products and 1:1 strategy for California W-2 mamas who want every day and every dollar they're legally entitled to. No Googling. No guesswork. A system.
Operations. Implementation. Systems.
